Having attended many weddings throughout their nine years of dating, Joe and Mary Anne decided to take a guest-centered approach from the very start of planning. They dreamed of having an “effortless” all-inclusive destination wedding experience at the Shangrila Resort in Boracay, Philippines. They wanted their friends and family to relax and enjoy the beauty of the island that they had the privilege of witnessing themselves. A decision was made to keep the wedding stateside, but perhaps this will come true for a future anniversary celebration,

Riding along with the wave of new changes, they enlisted the help and creativity of their loved ones to bring their ideal wedding ambience to life. There was a “handcrafted with love” theme baked into the wedding as heartfelt messages of community and endearment were whispered throughout their various creations. Overall, they aimed to encourage their guests to be bold, be fearless, and enjoy the freedom of being their true selves. Joe, Mary Anne, and all of their beloved guests walked away with a day of beautiful and unforgettable memories. This could never have happened without the unwavering support and encouragement of their loving family and friends.
