There is no doubt that teamJPMA enjoys staying active! Joe is a strength and conditioning coach, MA is always on some type of fitness journey, and are both pretty much always down to join in on anything that gets them up and out of their seats. Many of their friends and family members frequently ask what routines they enjoy doing.
